 ❌ CANCELATION POLICY:

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late cancellations will incur a 40% charge of the scheduled service.

⏰ Late Arrivals:

We offer a 15-minute grace period.
Arriving past this time may result in a canceled appointment to respect other clients’ bookings.

🚫 NO SHOW POLICY: 

 Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service.

*WE MUST BE ABLE TO BRUSH & ISOLATE PROPERLY. IF FAILED TO DO SO A REMOVAL FEE AND FULL SET IS REQUIRED IF YOU CHOOSE TO PROCEED* 

(Every lash artist has different experience levels and skill levels. It is harder for the technician to work over some one else’s work compared to our own! Instead of requiring a removal and new set we decide to take this service on! After your first visit as a foreign fill service you are eligible if you return to book any of the normal fill services!)
